Westpac bank — according to schedule it closes at 16:00, but in reality, when I arrive at 15:45 it is already closed, that is, the bank works whenever it wants.
HSBC is the only foreign bank in the country, judging by the website, that worked with people, told me that they are leaving NZ, so they are no longer opening accounts.
